After performing maintenance on the battery or replacing the internal modules of the battery pack, a sealing test must be conducted before reinstalling it back into the vehicle. If this test is skipped and the seal is not tight, when the vehicle is driven on slippery roads, moisture may seep into the battery pack. This could cause an internal short circuit, leading to serious safety hazards. Therefore, verifying the sealing of the battery pack is a mandatory procedure.
This detector uses compressed air to apply a specific pressure to the battery compartment; subsequently, a highly sensitive sensor will continuously monitor the pressure changes within the battery pack. By analyzing these changes, the system can determine whether the seal of the battery pack is intact or if there is any leakage.
