LAUNCH EVP711 EV Battery Pack Module Charging and Discharging Device
When the detection tool indicates that there is a fault in the internal cells of the battery pack, technicians usually directly replace the entire module (as repairing individual cells is both difficult and time-consuming). For cell balancing operations, please refer to the relevant instructions in EVB624/ELB300. After replacing the module, it can be balanced using EVP711. Once the module voltage reaches a consistent state, it can be reinstalled in the vehicle.
When using an equalizer for equalization processing, the entire process may take a considerable amount of time. In such cases, you can first use the EVP711 to charge the battery module. Once the voltage levels of each cell have roughly reached a consistent state, then use the equalizer (such as EVB624/ELB300) to perform fine equalization of the cell voltages to ensure consistency. Using the equalizer in conjunction with charging and discharging tools can significantly enhance the maintenance efficiency.
Product Features:
Safety Protections: Provides warning alerts for reverse polarity, high temperature, overcurrent, fan malfunction, high voltage, and excessive current to safeguard hardware safety
Customizable Operating Parameters: You can set your own charging and discharging rules and activation times to achieve optimum battery capacity.
Alarm Settings: Various alarm conditions can be set for voltage, current and temperature. This enables early intervention and ensures the safety of the battery and device.
Maximum & Minimum Data Monitoring: The device offers the option of displaying the highest and lowest voltages, temperatures and other data of individual battery strings, which can be enlarged or reduced in size for a better overview.
Security Features: The EVP711 is equipped with a range of safety functions, including reverse polarity protection, overtemperature protection, overcurrent protection, fan failure detection, overvoltage warning and overcurrent warning. All of these functions contribute significantly to the safety of the operator.
Real-Time Data Recording: The EVP711 can monitor, record, and display real-time battery pack terminal voltage as well as individual cell voltages, allowing users to easily track battery performance during operation.
